§ 115.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC OUTDOOR SHOW. Any outdoor circus, menagerie, wild west show, dog or pony show, carnival or other show or exhibition, given, conducted, produced, presented or offered for gain or profit.
