§ 154.273 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following conditional uses are permitted in R-1B Single-Family Residential Districts and R-1C Single-Family Residential Districts only after approval by the Village Planning Commission in accordance with the procedures outlined in § 154.096.

   (A)   Cemeteries as regulated in § 154.478.

   (B)   Cultural institutions.

   (C)   Day care centers as regulated in § 154.472.

   (D)   Educational institutions as regulated in §§ 154.474 and 154.475.

   (E)   Government facilities.

   (F)   Government-owned parks

   (G)   Greenhouses.

   (H)   Medical facility.

   (I)   Telephone antennas on existing structures as regulated in § 154.468.

   (J)   Churches.

   (K)   Home occupation as regulated in § 154.466.
