§ 154.478 CEMETERIES.
   (A)   Required conditions. The conditions set forth in this section shall apply to the development and construction of cemeteries within the Village of West Alexandria.
   (B)   Conflict with Thoroughfare Plan prohibited. The site proposed for a cemetery shall not interfere with the development of a system of collector and larger streets in the vicinity of such site as designated by the West Alexandria Thoroughfare Plan. In addition, such site shall have direct access to a thoroughfare which the Village Planning Commission determines is adequate to serve the size of facility proposed.
   (C)   Minimum size. Any new cemetery shall be located on a site containing not less than 40 acres.
   (D)   Required setbacks for buildings. All buildings, including but not limited to mausoleums and maintenance buildings, shall respect the required yards setback of the district in which it is located.
   (E)   Required setbacks for burial sites. All graves or burial lots shall be set back not less than 25 feet from any street right-of-way line.
   (F)   Required landscaping and maintenance plan. All required yards shall be landscaped and maintained in good order in accordance with state and local regulations. A plan for perpetual care of the grounds shall be required.
