§ 76.28 SUSPENSION OF REGULATIONS DURING EMERGENCY.

   In an emergency, any of the provisions of this subchapter and Chapter 78, Schedule III, except § 76.23, may be temporarily suspended by the Village Administrator. In case of an emergency, the Administrator shall have authority to adopt and enforce such temporary rules and regulations as traffic conditions may demand or require.
