§ 76.23 COLLECTION OF COINS IN METERS; PARKING METER FUND.
   (A)   The coins which are required by this subchapter and Chapter 78, Schedule III, to be deposited in parking meters shall be collected under the direction of the Village Administrator and shall be delivered to the Treasurer of the village. Such coins are hereby levied and assessed as fees to provide for the cost of supervision, protection, inspection, replacement and installation, operation, maintenance, control, and use of parking meters, also any additional purpose for which Council shall from time to time see fit to appropriate such funds.
   (B)   The Village Treasurer shall deposit all moneys collected from parking meters in the village treasury to the credit of a special fund to be known as the Parking Meter Fund. Payments from such Fund shall be made as hereafter appropriated by the Village Council.
