§ 50.07 PROCEDURE FOR GOVERNING BOARD TO SET RATES AND CHARGES.
   The Board of Trustees of the town, acting either as the governing board of the town or as trustees of the Wellston Public Works Authority, shall establish future rates, charges, deposits and fees for utility services by ordinance, motion or resolution, as the case may be. A copy of the current rates and charges shall be available in the town office.
