The provisions of this Zoning Ordinance are supplemental to and do not abrogate the powers extended to agencies, bureaus, departments, commissions, divisions or officials of the State government by other State statutes and these powers shall remain in full force and effect. Powers of supervision and regulation by such divisions of the State government over City, Town, County and other local governmental units, individuals, firms or corporations also are not abrogated and shall continue in full effect.
