1105.04 SPITTING.

No person shall spit or expectorate or deposit any spittle upon the floor, stairway or upon any part of any theater, public hall or building, or upon any sidewalk or any public place or upon any street, alley or lane within the City. (1967 Code Sec. 19-31)
