901.04  SPECIFICATIONS AND INSPECTION.
   The City Manager shall establish specifications of inspection for cutting street pavement, sidewalks, curbing and all phases of the restoration process.  In addition, the City Manager shall inform the police and volunteer fire departments about the location of any such processes, shall inform the permittee of the restoration requirements, and shall inform the permittee that the permittee is required to immediately notify the City Manager of any delays in the completion of any project.  The restoration specifications shall comply, at a minimum, to the specifications set forth in Section 901.05.  The City Manager shall determine a schedule of inspection charges in accordance with the type and size of the job to be done.  Such inspection fees shall be payable in advance of any project initiation.
