151.03 COMBINED WATERWORKS AND SEWAGE SYSTEM BOARD CREATED.

The Board hereby created shall be responsible for the custody, management, operation, control, maintenance, planning, construction, installation, improving, extending and bettering of the combined systems designated by the previous Sections 151.01, and such Board shall have all the powers, rights and authority exercisable under Chapter 8, Article 20 of the West Virginia Code.
