Effective July 1, 2009, the Chief of Police shall receive the sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) per annum as compensation for the performance of all the duties of Chief of Police as set forth in the City Charter, as well as those duties set forth in Articles 135, 547, 1105 and 1109 of the Codified Ordinances.
