If the owner and parties in interest fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to Section 1719.12, then the Enforcement Agency may appropriately implement the order by:
(a) Applying to the County Circuit Court, for an injunction prohibiting the use and occupancy of such building.
(b) Cause the repair or restoration to be made.
(c) Cause the demolition and removal of such building.
