Any person, firm, or corporation, or other entity who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 94.10 through 94.12 or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.10 through 94.12 or who shall make any false statement in any document required to be submitted under the provisions of §§ 94.10 through 94.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
