6.04 Board of Tax Review

(A) There is hereby created a Board of Tax Review for Municipal Income Tax, consisting of three members and all shall be residents of the Village. The member shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of State Law. The powers, duties and functions of the Board of Tax Review shall be provided as by this Charter, by ordinance of Council and by the laws of the State of Ohio, including but not limited to Section 7118.11 of the Ohio Revised Code.
