§ 1783.06 RECONSIDERATION HEARING.
   Any person upon whom notice is served, as provided in § 1783.04, shall have the right, within ten days after the date of service, to demand a hearing before the Building Enforcement Agency. Such hearing, at which such owner or other person shall have the right to be heard in full and to introduce new pertinent evidence and testimony as he or she desires, shall be held within ten days after the receipt of a written demand therefor by the Building Enforcement Agency. The decision of the Building Enforcement Agency affirming, rescinding, altering or modifying its original finding, shall be handed down within five days after the termination of the hearing.
