§ 1783.04 NOTICE OF UNFITNESS.
   If, after proper investigation and such hearings as the Building Enforcement Agency may deem necessary, the Agency determines that a dwelling or other building, or portion thereof, in accordance to standards set in the state building code is unfit for human habitation, unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous or detrimental to the public welfare, the Agency shall cause notice to be issued, and served on the owner or person in charge of such dwelling or other building, advising him of the Agency's findings, and instructing him to take such action, either by repairing, closing or demolishing such dwelling or building, as the Agency deems necessary in the interest of the public welfare.
