In the APHA—PHS Code adopted by § 1779.01:
(A) All references to “name of Legislative Body” shall be read “Council.”
(B) All references to “name of Corporate Unit” and “jurisdiction” shall be read “City of Weirton.”
(C) All references to “State” shall be read “State of West Virginia.”
(D) The date and time of day references located in § 3.13 shall be construed to read “at all times.”
(E) All references to “Appropriate Authority” or “Health Officer” shall be read “Building Inspector.”
(F) The notice referred to in § 14.01.05 shall be published in the manner prescribed by state law.
(G) All references to “Hearing Agency” shall be read “Board of Zoning Appeals.”
(H) All references to “Registry of Deeds” shall be read “Office of the Clerk of County Court.”
(I) The general codified ordinances penalty is substituted for the penalties provided for in §§ 15.01 and 16.01.03.
(J) The time referred to in § 16.02.02 shall be read “not less than ten or more than 20 days.”
(K) The days referred to in § 16.03.03 shall be read “ten.”
(L) The additional month referred to in § 18.02.06 shall be read “one.”
