There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for the structure, equipment, sanitation, maintenance, use or occupancy of premises, dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units or parts thereof, that certain housing code known as the APHA—PHS Recommended Housing Maintenance and Occupancy Ordinance, prepared by the American Public Health Association in collaboration with the United States Public Health Service, being particularly the 1969 edition thereof, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. Copies of such code are available at the office of the Building Inspector.
