(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of the code adopted by § 1729.01 or fails to comply therewith or who violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder shall severally for each and every violation and noncompliance respectively be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than 30 days, or both. The imposition of one penalty for such violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time and when not other-wise specified, each 10 days prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) The application of division (A) shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
