There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of regulating and safeguarding the use of electricity, electric installations and materials in the city, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, recommended by the National Fire Protective Association, being particularly the 1968 edition thereof, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. Copies of the National Electrical Code are on file in the office of the Building Inspector for inspection by the public.
