No person, firm or corporation shall create or make use of any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, with any part of any cable television system within the city without the express consent of the system. Further, without the express consent of the system, no person shall tamper with, remove or injure any property, equipment or part of the cable system or any means of receiving cable service or other services provided thereto.
