§ 371.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this article or any traffic regulation applicable to bicycles, as adopted in § 331.01, may be punished by a fine of not more than $10, by removal and detention of the license plate from such person's bicycle for not more than 120 days or by the impounding of such person's bicycle for not more than 30 days, or either or all of such penalties. No person under the age of 18 years shall be imprisoned for violation of the provisions of this article or such traffic regulations.
