§ 371.08 LIABILITY OF OWNER.

The owner of any licensed bicycle shall be subject to the penalties prescribed when his bicycle is operated by another with the owner's consent, and when such other operator violates any of the provisions of this article or any traffic regulations applicable to bicycles, as adopted in § 331.01.
