§ 351.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates § 351.08 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a continuing violation occurs. All other violations shall be punished according to § 101.99.
