(A) The parking of truck tractors, road tractors, trailers and semitrailers on the public streets and alleyways of the city is hereby prohibited.
(B) The definitions of truck tractors, road tractors, trailers and semitrailers shall conform to those definitions set forth in W. V. Code Chapter 17A.
(C) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the reasonable loading or unloading of any motor vehicle.
