(A) No vehicle shall be parked in the Municipal Plaza Parking Lot unless the driver thereof works at, is transacting business at or is in attendance at the Weirton Municipal Building, the Mary H. Weir Public Library, the station of the Weirton Fire Department or the Millsop Community Center, including the recreation field situated at the eastern perimeter of the parking lot. Any vehicle parked in violation of the provisions of this section may be towed from the lot and all costs of towing shall be assessed to the owner of the improperly parked vehicle.
(B) This section shall be in effect Monday thru Friday.
