§ 351.10 PARKING AUTO TRAILER ON STREET OVERNIGHT.
   (A)   Definitions.
      MOTOR HOME/RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. A motorized vehicle designed to provide temporary living quarters.
      REFUSE TRAILER. Roll-off or construction trailers designed to transport construction refuse to landfills.
      TRAILER. Every vehicle without motive of power designed to carry persons or property and/or being drawn by a motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, utility/equipment trailers, boat trailers, auto trailers, motorcycle trailers and storage trailers.
      TRAVEL TRAILER. A trailer designed to provide temporary living quarters.
      UNATTACHED TRAILER. A trailer not attached to a registered motorized vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall park an unattached trailer or travel trailer on any street in the city.
   (C)   No person shall park a travel trailer or a motor home on any street in the city overnight for the purpose of lodging.
   (D)   No person shall park a refuse trailer on any public street within the city without a permit.
