§ 351.03 REPAIRING VEHICLES ON STREETS.

Except in cases of accident or emergency when a vehicle cannot conveniently be removed to a garage or other building where repairs can be made, no person shall dismantle a vehicle or perform repairs thereto on the streets or alleys of the city.
