(A) No smoking shall be permitted in any building or structure owned or leased by the city, including, but not limited to, the municipal building, Mary H. Weir Public Library, Millsop Community Center, fire departments, water treatment plant, sanitary plant and public work's.
(B) No smoking shall be permitted in any vehicle owned or leased by the city.
(C) The prohibition stated in division (A) above extends to all areas and rooms within said building or structure, including, but not limited to, offices, meeting rooms, hallways, storage areas, garages, restrooms, elevators, jails or stairways. For purposes of this article, no room or office within any building or structure owned or leased by the city shall be considered to be "private" and not subject to the prohibition on smoking.
