1521.02 ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND CHANGES.

   (a)   Whenever the words “name of jurisdiction” appears in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall mean the Village of Wayne.

   (b)   Delete Section F-103.0.

   (c)   Delete Section F-106.2.

   (d)   Whenever the words “fire official” appear, it shall mean the Fire Chief of the Village of Wayne or the Code Enforcement of the Village of Wayne.
