(a) BOCA Basic Fire Prevention Code - The BOCA Basic Fire Prevention Code, Tenth Edition, as amended, through the effective date of adoption of the Ordinance, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., save and except such provisions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, adopted in its entirety by the Village. Copies of said Code are on file in the Office of the Village.
(b) The provisions set forth in this chapter and the BOCA Basic Fire Prevention Code, including proposed amendments thereto, shall take effect ten (10) days from the date of enactment of this Ordinance or any amendment thereto, and shall apply throughout the entire Village.
