901.04 INSPECTION.
   (a)   Upon completion of the new or replacement sidewalk, the installing person, firm, corporation or other legal entity shall notify the Village Administrator that the sidewalk has been installed and that the same is ready for inspection.
   (b)   Following the notification of completion the Village Administrator shall inspect the new or replacement sidewalk and he shall approve or reject the same. If the new or replacement sidewalk is approved, the Village Administrator shall note his approval on the sidewalk permit. If the Village Administrator disapproves the installation of the new or replacement sidewalk, he shall so notify the person, firm, corporation or other legal entity of such disapproval and the Village Administrator shall require that the new or replacement sidewalk be brought to such a condition that the same will pass inspection or cause the new or replacement sidewalk to be removed totally.
