§ 156.077 ACCESSORY USES.
   Those uses, buildings or structures customarily incidental to any aforesaid principal use or special exception shall be permitted in conjunction with such use, including the following:
   (A)   Fall out shelter;
   (B)   Living quarters of persons employed on the premises;
   (C)   A private garage or parking area subject to provisions of §§ 156.396 through 156.400 of this chapter;
   (D)   Home occupations, as regulated by §§ 156.420 through 156.422;
   (E)   Rooming or boarding house (lodging house);
   (F)   Roadside stands, offering for sale only neighborhood agricultural products and/or other agricultural related products that are produced on the premises. See § 156.004, roadside stand;
   (G)   Advertising signs, exterior on-premises signs and real estate signs, subject to the provisions of §§ 156.430 through 156.434;
   (H)   Temporary buildings incidental to construction; and
   (I)   All accessory structures for other than farm use shall require a building permit acquired pursuant to the County Building Code.
