§ 152.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 152.02 through 152.08 and 152.20 through 152.25 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 for each offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, entity, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 152.40 through 152.42 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in the amount of no less than $100 nor more than $750 and the costs of prosecution. Each day the structure remains not in compliance with the provisions of §§ 152.40 through 152.42 shall be a separate violation.
