(A) All mobile homes which are located within the corporate limits of the village must be connected to village water mains and to village sewer mains.
(B) However, no such tap or connection shall be made to village water mains or village sewer mains until such mobile home has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter and has obtained a license as provided in § 152.03.
