(A) Only one mobile home is permitted per each village lot unless the same is a state approved mobile home park; and no mobile home, modular home, or double-wide home is permitted on any village lot where either residential or commercial structures exist.
(B) The proposed mobile home shall be placed and installed on a lot of not less than 5,000 square feet.
