(A) It shall be unlawful to establish, maintain, or operate a mobile home in the village without first obtaining a license therefor except within a licensed trailer coach park.
(B) Application for such license shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall contain the name of the applicant, the size of the mobile home, a plat or sketch showing the number and size of the lot, and the proposed location of the mobile home thereon and shall be accompanied by a $100 non- refundable application fee.
