§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate the provisions of §§ 110.30 and 110.31 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 or more than $25 for each offense.
