§ 110.30 DISTRIBUTING OR PASSING PROHIBITED.

No person, firm, or corporation, not a resident of the village, shall pass or distribute in the village any advertising matter or hand bills advertising its, his, her, or their business unless such person, firm, or corporation shall first obtain a license from the Village Clerk for such purpose.
