648.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 648.02, 648.03, 648.04 or 648.05 shall be responsible for a Municipal civil infraction and shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 648.02, 648.03, 648.04 or 648.05, and who has been found to have violated any of those provisions within the 180 days preceding the date of the instant violation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99.

   (c)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 648.06, 648.07, 648.08, 648.09 or 648.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99.
