(A) (1) Angle or diagonal parking will be allowed in areas designated and identified by the City Council.
(2) Angle or diagonal parking will be prohibited in residential development areas such as culs- de-sac.
(B) On the south side of a street, unless otherwise ordered by proper signs, parking shall be with the right side of the vehicle parallel to the curb.

No vehicle shall be left standing or parked between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any street or highway within the city limits. This provision shall be in force between 12:01 a.m. on November 1 of every year and 11:59 p.m. on March 31 of the following year. Following any snowfall between these dates, it shall be unlawful to park or leave standing any vehicle on any street from 2:00 a.m. or until such time as snow plowing curb-to-curb has been completed on such street. The Wright County Sheriff's Department will be authorized to tow any vehicle which is in violation of this section upon a request from an authorized city staff member. The City Clerk will issue parking permits to owners of vehicles who request a variance from the regulation due to special circumstances.

During the period from April 1 to October 31, no person shall park or permit to remain parked on any city street, any vehicle for a period exceeding five days.

(A) Semi-tractor parking. Semi-tractors will be allowed to park in all zone districts within the city provided that they are parked off street and have the motor turned off.
(B) Semi-trailer parking. Semi-trailers are not allowed to park in any residential area within the city.
(C) Exclusion. Semi-trailers may be parked in other areas which are designated as commercial or industrial areas as long as they are parked on private property.
(D) Towing. The Wright County Sheriff’s Department is authorized to tow any vehicle which is in violation of this section.
