Sewer Regulations
 
   EDITORS NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 1991-21, passed July 1, 1991, the City has enacted a Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Plan for the regulation of existing and new sources of pollution. Ordinance 2004-20, passed September 7, 2004, adds and amends penalties for violations of the pretreatment ordinance. Pursuant to Section 11.01 of such ordinance all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are repealed to the extent of any inconsistency or conflict. Ordinance 2007-7, passed August 6, 2008, and 2012-3, passed March 5, 2012, also amend Ordinance 1991-21. Copies of such ordinance can be obtained from the Clerk of Council.
