§ 131.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who shall violate §§ 131.01 or 131.02 of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99. ('92 Code, §§ 130.01 and 130.02) (Ord. 137, passed 5-2-60)

   (B)   A person who violates a provision of §§ 131.15 through 131.19 is in violation of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. Each offense is punishable by a fine.

   (C)   The fines for violations of §§ 131.15 through 131.19 shall be punishable by the following schedule:

      (1)   First offense:      $50

      (2)   Second offense:   $100

      (3)   Third offense:      $250

      (4)   Fourth offense and each offense thereafter:      $500

   (D)   Any person cited under §§ 131.15 through 131.19 shall pay the fine within five days of receiving the same to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.

   (E)   A person violating any prohibition of §§ 131.30 et seq. of this chapter shall be fined in an amount of $25 for each offense.
