It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or cast any stone or other missile, or to throw any bullet, stone or other heavy substance from a sling-shot, air gun or other appliance, at or upon any building, tree, or other property, public or private, or on, from or into any street, avenue, alley, lane, public place or unenclosed grounds within the corporate limits of said town except upon one's own premises.
