TRAFFIC CODE
7-7-1: LIBRARY ESTABLISHED; PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the establishment of a free public library for the city, for the creation and appointment of a city library board of trustees 1 and to specify that board's powers and duties. Said library is hereby established and shall be known as the Waterloo public library. (Ord. 2739, 5-27-1975)
