3-3-1: LICENSES REQUIRED:

Unless otherwise specifically provided, all licenses required by this chapter shall be obtained pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1 of this title. (1970 Code § 6-1)

3-3-2: MERRY-GO-ROUNDS AND SIMILAR DEVICES:

No person shall carry on or engage in the business of operating any merry-go-round, ocean wave or other similar device in the city without first procuring a license therefor and paying a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per day, or twenty dollars ($20.00) per week.
