§ 31.285 VOTE TO CHANGE DATE OR TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OR APPOINTIVE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.
   Any other provision of this subchapter notwithstanding, any board or commission established and empowered hereunder may, by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members present at any properly called and noticed meeting thereof, elect to change the date or time, or both, of its regular meetings. Any change of the date of, or of the time of, any regular meeting of any board or commission adopted pursuant to this section shall become effective, if at all, only after compliance with the procedures set forth in § 31.286 below.
