§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code. Each day any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 130.01 of this chapter shall be fined as set forth for each offense in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11of this code.

   (C)   Violations of § 130.02 shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code for each separate item of material which is displayed in violation of the section. Each day that any violations of § 130.02 occur, or continue to occur, shall constitute separate offenses and shall be punishable as a separate violation or violations.
   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of as provided above and/or shall be summoned or brought to community court pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 51-181c(d). The superior court judge assigned to the community court may impose a penalty of community service, a fine in accordance with this chapter or other penalty permitted by law.
