§ 130.05 PUTTING UNSOLICITED ADVERTISING IN LETTER BOXES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or put in any letter box maintained, annexed or attached, to any portion of a house or residence, in the city, and intended for the reception of United States mail, for occupants, tenant or tenants of the premises, any circular, handbills or advertising matter whatsoever, not contained in an envelope, and directed to the owner or owners of the letter box.
