(A) Any person, partnership or corporation who is found to have violated this chapter shall be fined as set forth for each such violation in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.
(B) Each violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense, and any violation continuing more than one hour of time shall be considered a separate offense for each hour of violation.
